Returns Policy

Returns:

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.

We guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.

Payment Security

We accept payment by debit and credit cards.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Some UK banks may ask you to authorise your card transaction. Because the store sells CBD oil which is only available for purchase by over 18s, the presence of an over 18 notification can sometimes automatically generate an authorisation request for any product. Please validate the authorisation or use a different card.

Dispatch Schedule

We aim to deliver all orders within the Cardiff area on the same day as purchasing. Any orders outside of Cardiff received by 1pm we aim to dispatch the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct.
